NWRA Wildlife Medicine Course for Private Practitioners

This course is intended to provide veterinary practitioners with an introduction on how to approach wildlife medicine cases for the purpose of stabilizing the animal and subsequent transfer to an authorized wildlife rehabilitator. Further, veterinarians will learn about various wildlife rehabilitation considerations that are important to restore health and welfare of the wild patient. This course is a mix of synchronous and asynchronous online learning. There will be live attendance required for some virtual meetings.

Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation & Release Spring Training

We hope you can join us for this year's Spring Training! We have both our virtual Zoom day of learning (Saturday, March 21) and a hands-on class (Sunday, March 22). Registration is required to each separate event if you are planning to attend. Space is limited for the in-person class so be sure to register to save your spot! Training is FREE for current WRR members or $50 for non-members.

IWRC Spring Courses

Foundations of Wildlife Rehabilitation
Online classes have lecture Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6:00 - 8:30pm in the time zone noted, and require attendance of one 2.5 hour lab on Saturday or Sunday. Anyone from any time zone can participate, just make sure you check the schedule to ensure you can make it to live sessions for the class!
